Noah told us tonight that he has a girlfriend, a girl in his class named Emaline. Then he said that Ellie used to be his girlfriend, but that she started being mean to him and didn’t play with him anymore. He said, “She puzzles me.”
Poor kid. He has no idea that girls are probably going to puzzle him the rest of his life.
Ha! Funny! Are you going to tell him this is just the beginning? Or let him figure it out for himself?
I don’t think I’m going to break it to him just yet.
What a hilarious expression to come out of a little guy!
Funny boy! You will HAVE to remember this to tell him when he is much older.
Tee-hee! I think his sentiment pretty much sums up the relationship between men and women all the time!
Thanks for the laugh, Noah! I have to say, I always love your “out of the mouths” posts. The others, too, but these just make me smile.
Perhaps for his 6th birthday, the book Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus.
Good idea, Susan. Good idea.
