Christian’s brother, Kurt, and his wife, Leah, had their second child on Wednesday, December 3rd. Her name is Lila Kay, and she was 6 lbs, 2 oz.
Kurt and Leah’s first baby, Hudson, was born at 27 weeks in August 2007. He’s 15-months now and is doing well, but he spent his first 80 days in the NICU. Leah started having contractions with Lila when she about 27 weeks, and has been on bed rest and has had a terbutaline pump. It was a rough pregnancy, but she managed to make it to 36 weeks with Lila. Lila is healthy and got to go home wih her mom and dad on Friday!
